Welcome to our new online platform for General Grade vacancies. From 01 January 2024, you are required to use the online form to submit a new General Grade vacancy or to request a replacement candidate (for a candidate who did not report /no longer interested in role).
Your local HR team can access the forms by simply clicking on the link on the top ribbon – no log-in details are required. There are two separate forms for:
• Temporary Clerical Officer & Temporary Clerical Officer Ukraine (TCO Vacancy Form)
• Clerical Officer to Principal Officer Higher (CO to PO Higher Vacancy Form)
Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt.
You will receive a unique Vacancy ID when your vacancies have been processed by the CRM team.
